It’s the perfect time for installation, as the weather should be good enough. Any dry period is ideal for getting the groundwork done and allowing the adhesive to set. Late July or early August also means you’ll have a fresh, green lawn ready to enjoy for the rest of what summer has in store.

Children always like to have somewhere to play during their long holiday – and an artificial lawn should guarantee this. It should be soft enough not to cause any problems if they fall over, and it also won’t produce any pollen, which can be an issue for children who suffer from hay fever. And, whatever they get up to, they shouldn’t be able to damage it either.
The same applies to pets as they won’t be hurt by prolonged contact with it, nor will it be damaged by any unwanted ‘deposits’ (such as urine). It’s not just good for children and pets, but adults too, because you will be able to make the most of your garden during the longer daylight hours entertaining guests, eating outdoors, relaxing, and more.
You Don’t Need to Worry About Its Appearance
One of the problems – certainly in Suffolk - in recent years has been the variable weather. From long and hot dry spells to sudden torrential downpours. This has meant that grass can very easily either look brown and almost dead, or it is waterlogged very quickly. Both of these can spoil the overall appearance of your garden. Water Conservation
Although some critics have claimed that artificial turf doesn’t do much for your garden’s eco-system, it does have plenty of other environmental benefits. Firstly, you don’t need to put a hose or sprinkler on it, so you will be conserving water, which is particularly important during a drought and consequently any hosepipe bans.
It also doesn’t need any pesticides or artificial stimulants, preventing chemical runoff into the soil and local water. You don’t need to mow it either – so no petrol, or electricity either (which is easier on your pocket and gives you more free time), on top of all the green benefits.
