Wall panel saw

Our wall panel saw is specifically engineered to cut wood-based panels exclusively. This saw is not capable of cutting fence panels, lattices, strip timber, or thick structural timber. We are able to cut panels that meet the following minimum and maximum dimensions: 

• Minimum panel length – 500mm
• Minimum panel height – 230mm
• Maximum panel length – 3200mm
• Maximum panel height – 2070mm
• Maximum panel thickness – 60mm

Cross cut saw

This enables the cutting of strip wood and structural timbers. Only non-panel products that meet the following criteria can be cut with this saw:

• Maximum thickness of 120mm
• Maximum material width of 600mm
• Maximum material length of 4800mm

The cross cut saw is limited to making square cuts. Cuts such as mitres, grooves, or points cannot be performed in-house. Pointed to drive posts can be sourced from our sister company's sawmill; please consult a member of the team for further information.
